There has been some confusion surrounding student email accounts. To resolve these issues, there are new links on the California Area School District website that students can use to access their email. These links can be found directly under the Students & Parents menu on the District Site, as well as each School Site. Student log on information for their email is identical to their Google account.
Username = Grad Year + Last Name + First Initial + @calsd.org
Password = Trojans + Lunch ID
Ex. - John Smith, Grad Year = 2021, Lunch ID = 9999
Username = firstname.lastname@example.org
Password = Trojans9999
For students attending in-person class: If the student does not know their Lunch ID, it will be provided on their schedules as they receive them on the first day of school.
For Cyber Academy students: If the student does not know their Lunch ID, please call, email, or submit a work order to request assistance.
For all students: If the student knows their log on information, but receives an error or has any issues accessing their Google account or Student Email, please submit a work order to request assistance.
